1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Where required by applicable consumer law, including for eligible online purchases by consumers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period before returning the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and should include their original packaging.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Tessheart as soon as possible and preferably within 10 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and, where applicable, the packaging.

For an approved claim, we will arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

The 10-day notification period does not limit any statutory rights or legal guarantees that may apply in your country.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges for a different size, style, or color. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

This does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where applicable consumer law provides additional rights.

4. Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to Make a Return or Claim

Please contact Tessheart before returning any item. Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from us.

The appropriate return instructions and, when necessary, return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
